Daily
Periodic Statements are generated and mailed based on loan activity on your mortgage account. Each month you will receive an updated periodic statement if one of three scenarios occur on your account – if you make a payment on your mortgage, if a late fee is assessed and/or if a payment is returned/reversed on your account. These statements display account activity for the prior month, including transaction activity and payment breakdowns, as well as provide various options for paying your mortgage. Your Servicing Digital website is displayed on each periodic statement, which is the easiest and most efficient manner of making your monthly payment.
Electronic statements are available online. Log into your account and opt in to have the statement sent to you electronically.
