Licensed in Maine, New Hampshire, and Florida, she attended Endicott College and has earned the Realtor Affiliate of the Year award. Dawn excels in identifying the unique needs of each client, offering a range of mortgage options from the Maine State Housing program to Rural Development, FHA, VA, and the innovative CU Promise Loan, which she helped develop. When she’s not assisting clients, Dawn enjoys spending quality time with her family, golfing, snowmobiling, and playing pickleball.

Nicole Savage joined the CUSO Home Lending team in March 2022, bringing with her a wealth of expertise from an early career in finance with a special focus on credit unions and lending. With over 15 years as a loan officer and a dedication to mortgage lending since 2014, she has earned accolades such as the Realtor Affiliate of the Year award. In her current role, Nicole oversees all of CUSO’s residential mortgage sales operations. She ensures that our customers receive personalized guidance to best benefit from our great rates and loans tailored to their specific needs. Her primary focus is on driving CUSO’s marketing strategy, setting sales objectives for our residential mortgage program in Maine and New Hampshire, and fostering the growth of new residential mortgage business while strengthening existing relationships.
